Finding a 'good fit' may be crucial to your experience in therapy.
I may be a good fit if:
You 'just want someone to listen.'
You want to feel less overwhelmed with emotions.
You want to break bad habits, and might want some structure or encouragement.
You're struggling with substance use, or other addictive behavior.
You're skeptical about therapy / you're not really sure if therapy will help.
A family member is encouraging (or pressuring) you to get therapy.
Your child (of any age) is struggling and you think it's related to psychological/emotional issues or substance use.
I may NOT be a good fit if:
You want to do a lot of worksheets (I could probably refer you to someone who uses a lot of worksheets).
